We have the CRM 2013 outlook add-in on our office 2013 environment and it is slowing outlook down to a point that is unresponsive for a few minutes sometimes. Once the CRM add-in is removed outlook goes back to normal, if we reinstall the add-in and configure it then outlook hangs again.
Any help will be greatly appreciated .

@Shweta_Goel: We don't seem to have that key in our registry. The closest one we have is under HKLM and that just contains what looks like the install directory and version numbers.
