I have been looking at the Application event log on our Windows 2012 server, which is running exchange 2010.
I notice the following warning that crops up throughout the day, (with no other warnings apparent.) :-
The execution time of agent 'Mailbox Rules Agent' exceeded 90000 milliseconds while handling event 'OnDeliveredMessage' for message with InternetMessageId: 'Not Available'. This is an unusual amount of time for an agent to process a single event. However, Transport will continue processing this message.
This seems a rather vague message.
Can anyone advise in a little more detail what this indicates, and how we go about resolving it?
Many thanks.
