This message wasn't delivered to anyone because it's too large.

We got the following error message sending an email from our Exchange server but on every setting I can find for the sending limit we don't have a limit but we still got the error message. Was this message because GMAIL's limit was reached or on our server?

This message wasn't delivered to anyone because it's too large. The limit is 34 MB. This message is 44 MB.
