How to have the toolbar permanently showing in a SAFARI

Hello everyone,

For some reason when I open Safari the window only opens in the minimized position.  When fully open, the tool bar usually at top is hidden.  It appears if I click at the top of the window but I’d prefer it remain visible at all times.

Can someone send me the step by step instruction on how to solve this annoying issue please.

Thank you.

I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Which version of Safari/OSX do you have?  In Safari, Click the View Menu.  You should have a Show Toolbar as the very first option if you've previously hidden the toolbar.
