New Windows 8.1 build Errors

Hi guys,
we have problems with our Windows 8.1 builds. Shortly they are build and handed over to their new owners, they come back to us with a blue screen error, saying 'Your PC ran into a problem and needs to restart... ' (See attachment). Attached to this message are 2 dmp files that I have taken from one system. Could you help us with these errors please?

One dump complains about Kaspersky Lab. Make sure your AV tool is up-to-date and the correct version for Windows 8.1. Also check the PC drivers you have installed, that they are for Windows 8.1 and not older Windows versions.

I moved from Windows 8 to Windows 8.1 a while back.

All drivers had to be replaced (as rindi noted).
Symantec Endpoint had to be upgraded to a new version.
NCP VPN needed a new version.
And on and on.

Make sure you have NO legacy software on your machine.

For drivers, also include updated Chipset and BIOS.

Hi all,

Thanks for your input, so far very helpful. We have upgraded Kaspersky AV and its agent and this seemed to have cured one problem. But the blue screen problem caused by a wrong driver still remains I'm afraid. We have downloaded the latest drivers from the Dell Website for the Latitude 6430u model and created a new driver package for Windows 8.1 in SCCM. One of the systems we re-imaged on 11th May has blue screened on 19th May with the details below. I have googled around but no idea where to start as the error is so random.

Make sure BIOS, Chipset and Video are all up to date.
