Need to change home directory for installing a program

I have a citrix server that Im trying to install some software on for a sigpad, when the install runs it installs to the U drive for the user which is the home drive I need to install to the C drive but the software doesn't allow me to change where it installs to. How can I change what the home dir is for the user? I had to do this a long time ago and I cant seem to find where to do that at
