can u describe some detailed method to do file transfer between external LINUX SFTP server and our internal Environment through (SFTP, BizTalk process, or Apache Service Mix scripts).

The most common protocol in UNIX/Linux is SFTP.

You can try to connect interactively with SFTP to check the connection, and then logout and try sending files individually, before making a script to transfer files.
