Increasing mail size limit for specified users

We are running Exchange 2010.

I have a few users who need to be able to send some large attachments so I need to increase the mail size limit.  However I want to limit this to just specific users, not allowing all users to be able to send large messages.

Is there a way to accomplish this?

Thanks in advance.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.
