"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Assuming the date is in A1

=WORKDAY(A1,10)

Just a small tweak to Roy's suggestion, but if you want to count the received date as one of the 10 workdays then you need this version:

=WORKDAY(A1-1,10)

If you need to exclude holiday dates then list the holidays somewhere, e.g. in H2:H10 and use this version

=WORKDAY(A1-1,10,H$2:H$10)
