Query for .net

I have write VB.net programe and instlled in to the WinXP Operating system. but after its working fine with Windows 8, operating system. but not Windows XP. for example if user click on close button it will close the form. any idea about.
( i have alreday instlled latest .net frame work). Any idea?
P.S : I already delete eralier .net frame work and installed all necessary softwares.

can you please re-word your question.
My sincerest apologies im having a difficult time understanding what the issue is..

you created a VB.NET application and installed it on XP system
it works on Windows8         but NOT on XP ?

if the user clicks the close button it closes the form (is that not normal functionality ??)

Can you provide more information please

add a try catch to your button click event, and report the ex.Message here because we cannot help with that little information!

When user click on save button - Saving records

After installed XP - Closing the application
Windows 8 - Saving the records

i already used try catch no results showing ust closing the Form.

Which version of .Net are you targeting? You can see it from your project's properties. XP does only support .Net Framework 4.0 and you need to install it on the XP computer.
