I'd like to prevent people from entering the VBE.  How can I do this?

Password protecting as Roy suggested is a way to protect it from the average user, but someone who is determined to look at the code can use any of the readily available password finders from the web. There are more secure methods for protection offered on the web but they're not free. I haven't used them
I have used one that makes the Project unviewable. It costs a few dollars, but I have only found one way to get round this.  However, the normal method will deter the majority of users.

I am using Petros secure + +  Not breakable at all. The best secure way to protect your vba

It is still in beta version, but works fine.
I have read about that and used some of their other products. I haven't seen the beta version but it reads very much like what I use. I'm not sure if it shares the same vulnerability as the one that I use because I have not seen a workbook protected with it.
