exchange server 2003 and second mail address

I added a new mail address. i would like to change all mail user(250 users) mail address too.

is there way easly achive that? or i need to change all user by one by.

To make it easier you can modify the Email Address policy to either change the default address or add additional addresses to recipients which has the Email address policy enabled via System Manager and Exchange will do it for you!

Alternatively, you can use ADSI and the Exchange cdoexm api in VBS scripts to update user attributes.

But of course user standard mail box is old mail address. I just want to change standard mail address to new address.

is there a easy way that i can change all user mail standard address to new one?

This is pretty straightforward. All you need to do is make sure that your update your Recipient Policy Email Address Policy. Remove the current domain and add the new one. Take a look at the below TechNet for all steps required.
