"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Please explain what your wanted end result is..  Exchange can support many domains as accepted domains, mailboxes are normally set per user for one of these domains. i.e.
david@techsupport4me.com and david@techsupport4me.ca are 2 different mailboxes

Usually RUS will run immediately and it will apply to the mailbox you selected

Can you tell me which step troubles you?

Sure you know, but if not you are running on an unsupported version of Exchange and soon will be running on an unsupported OS.  You should start to look into migrating to a newer version of both.
