Getting a certain report in Google analytics

I need to take a report where I can get the list of all the pages visited, the order in which they visited, time stamp, and the source/medium of each visit (session).

I only need it for the people who visited the thank you page (and therefore, converted). We pass a custom variable to GA for those who converted.

I believe what you are looking for can be found in the Users Flow dashboard. Go to:

Audience > Users Flow

At the top of the page, the default Segment will be All Users. You will change this to only show visitors who have converted (create a new segment).

Once you've segmented your traffic, you'll see a flowchart of your visitor sessions. There is a drop-down filter at the top-left of the flowchart, where you can further refine by source/medium.

You will be able to click on the starting point of each user flow and further deep-dive into the behavior.
