WebConfig Configuration for Default proxy

Dear Experts,
 Need advice on the below ‘web config’ entry in our web application. The proxy server ‘192.168.11.47’ has been decommissioned and we were told to use Default proxy.   Below is the present web configuration.

 I changed the value of useDefaultWebProxy to ‘true’ and removed the value proxyAddress=http://192.168.11.47:6588.  But the application is throwing out ‘An exception occurred’ error. Where I am doing wrong? Thank you very much for your advice.

<security mode="Transport" />
</binding>
</basicHttpBinding>

Maybe this will help. Perhaps "bypassProxyOnLocal="false"" is necessary.

starting with .NET Framework 4, bindings and behaviors are not required to have a name.
