Oracle connection in IDT Business objects problem

I have BO 4.1, Oracle 11 on windows server 2008 R2. I cna coonect to Oracle through SQL Plus etc. WHen I try to create a connection through IDT  I get com/businessobjects/connectionserver/PropertySet$CancelSupportLevel - Terst Failed. Screen shots attached

How are you trying to create the connection?

Are you using an ODBC connection?
Are you creating 32 or 64 bit connections?

I ended up uninstalling and using an alternative DB.
