Thanks for the questions it was working and stopped. &nbsp;It was not showing anymore in site collector and restores weren't working. &nbsp;Had to call Microsoft and it was a ghost process on the backup that had it in a weird limbo, but your questions helped us get to the point we knew it was not deleted, but stuck. &nbsp;Thanks for the questions

When  I go into site collection I also do not see it in the list anymore.  What can I do to diagnose this?

Sharepoint is working as a whole, but one site spins in IE says waiting for sharepoint server
