Need to setup failover for Mbam 2.5 server

I have a Mbam 2.5 environment and the sql DB is running on a seprate separate system.

I was reading this:

and it mentions using load balance. Is this something I can build locally? In case one server goes down the other takes over.

Any thoughts on what is the best way t build a failover for mbam?

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Yes it can be done locally.  Note that it isn't difficult but just has a lot of steps to set up and requires double or more licenses (Server / SQL)
(a) WebFarm (load balancing)
(b) SQL High Availability

What about do a backup/restore method. I have to basically restore my mbam in a test environment and have it up and running as the production environment.
