making social icons on image clickable

Hi Guys,

I was wondering how can i make the social icons on my image clickable? for facebook, twitter, instagram etc

each of the icons??  can i do it within photoshop?

You can't have multiple links from a jpg/png/gif
It can be done within Photoshop by saving it (export) as a HTML file (Not an image file)

It is not very satisfactory .... an imagemap would be much better.
It's easy to do within dreamweaver if you have it.
