seo audit throwing 500 error

My seo team is running an audit from one of these free sites:

my site is here:http://kars4kidsprograms.org/
How come when I go to the site myself, the page loads just fine? but when the audit runs it throws a 500 error?
how is that possible?

I'm not sure exactly what is occurring there, as it's a bit beyond my knowledge. Is this a Microsoft Server of some sort?
