How to download the entire Google search history

Does anyone know if it's possible to download the entire Google search history of a person's name, and if so, how?
I found this link on how to do it for myself, but what if you want to check on someone else's?

I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

No, you can't get someone else's search history. If you read the article it says you need to have a Google account and it will only work for your own stuff.
Google search history is tied to the persons google account and accessing that potentially sensitive personal data without consent of the owner of the account could be  illegal in some countries.
I really doubt that google would allow to do so.

I guess you'd have to be in the NSA or FBI to do that, lol.

the search history is only available if you are logged into google.. if you are not logged into google new search entries are not saved i.e. inprivate mode. NSA attempts to get all of the traffic whether or not they can access it today.. Tommorow there may be a break-through into certain ciphers and they will be able to decrypt what was until then not unencryptable.
