CRM Email Router issue

We've got a problem configuring Microsoft E-mail Router Configuration manager, When we take the connection test the program gives the following error

Incoming Status: Failure - The server to which the application is connected cannot impersonate the requested user due to insufficient permission

however we outgoing status is successful.

It would be great help if some one can assist me on the same.

Also check with this-

1. Create a trust between the computer running the email router and exchange server.
2. Check the user defined in the incoming profile has access to read the mail box.

For Exchange 2007, you run the following command where userx will be granted impersonation right to usery mailbox via Exchange Powershell console:

Add-ADPermission -Identity "Usery" -User Userx -extendedRight ms-Exch-EPI-May-Impersonate

For Exchange 2010, you run the following command on the Exchange Server via Exchange PowerShell console:

New-ManagementRoleAssignment –Name:Usery –Role:ApplicationImpersonation –User:Userx
