Distribution email to limit the number of users

HI

Is there a way to set up a Rule in exchange only for External email that only 20 people can be emailed at one time?

I just had a issue which got me on a RBL and has caused all kinds of havoc.

What you can do is from the Organizational Level set the recipient limit. Then from the database level set the recipient level higher for internal sending.

where is that set?? in the Organizational level?

Organizational Level is correct. This will affect Internal and External, but then you can set this limit higher on the mailbox database for Internal use.

Aside from that i do not see any other way to accomplish this.

so I found the setting under Organization Config - Hub Trans- Global setting - Transport setting

the setting in there would that effect the internal mail or just external mail?
