Minor Modifications to Word 2003 Document

I have a Word doc created with Word 2003.  (Actually, this is a variation of a document supplied with Word 2003.) I want to reduce the blank space after the checklist boxes of Urgent, Expected, Please... etc.  And, I want to make the line below the checklist bolder.  (Preferably separate (or delete) it from the checklist area to provide more control.

Sample doc attached.

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Hi Bill,
The basic technique is to adjust paragraph spacing. New version is attached with reduced blank space after the checklist boxes and the line below the checklist deleted. I also changed the spacing under the checklist boxes to match the spacing above them. But modify them as you see fit using paragraph spacing (Before and After). Regards, Joe
