iPhone - cannot see mail

Hi,

New hosted exchange user setup. Outlook OK, Webmail OK, other iPhone OK.

this user can create a new account, get all the ticks for validation.

However, he cannot send/receive any emails.

In Mail-Mailboxes; he has Inbox, VIP, Flagged; but there are mailboxes listed below this? The Inbox at the top shows zero new mails when we know there are some there.

any thougths appreciated

hi all, this actually stems from the fact that the iPhone Exchange account cannot see IMAP messages.

This is not a great work around but it got the user able to see the emails.

Set up Exchange Account for Calendars.
Set up IMAP Account for email.

not a great solution but it works.
