Blackberry device unable to recieve emails

Hello Team,

Issue is with one user. Using blackberry device model 9900
He unbale to recieve email on his device. He can able to send message , mail..
But unable to recieve

He is on Bes5 server
i have tried removing battery and then checked.. still same issue

Please confirm the possible steps that need to be taken

Did you try removing device through BES, then add his BB back on to the BES?  It has been years since I worked with a BES, so can't really outline the steps for you...

Is there any kind of delivery notification er can get that mail is recieved  by Blackberry Device
