BSOD: BAD_POOL_HEADER ntoskrnl.exe

User generated image
Hello,
I am as new as they come to this site, so if I have broken any protocol I apologize in advance.  Currently my PC gives me a BSOD about once a day or every other day.  I think that I have tracked the problem down to being a bad driver, quite possibly the touchpad driver for my laptop.  I have included a screenshot of the details of the BSOD, and would appreciate any help that someone could give me.  Thanks in advance.
