I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

i attached the excel with VBA code which does as you requested. You just need to paste the original data and it will move all data from different columns to column A.

You can use this code to move your data into 1 column (Column A):
Sub ee_MoveData1Column()
Dim rng As Range, col As Long, cell As Range
Application.ScreenUpdating = False
col = Cells(1, Columns.Count).End(xlToLeft).Column
For j = 2 To col
    Set rng = Range(Cells(1, j), Cells(Rows.Count, j).End(xlUp))
    For Each cell In rng
        If cell.Value <> "" Then
            Cells(Rows.Count, 1).End(xlUp).Offset(1, 0).Select
        End If
    Next cell
Next j
Application.ScreenUpdating = False
Cells(1, 1).Select
End Sub

Open in new window

All the data will end up in COLUMN A.
