eclipse viewing variable value in debugger

How can I get Value of variable instead of type while debugging java code in eclipse?
In other words why is for variable "input" displayed Value
variable valueand for variable "decoded" is displayed type?
variable typeI want to set for variable type to display its value as well without having it selected.
How can I do that?

In the Variables tab,
1. click the downward pointing triangle which is at the top right
2. select Java / Java Preferences...
3. Click Detail Formatters
4. Click As the label for all variables

Some other options to see the values of those objects:
click the triangle to the left of the variable name or
hover your mouse over the variable.
