How can I change the below message wording <br />
in my Windows 2003 Active Directory when <br />
doing a Windows 8.1 client login ?<br />

&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &quot;This computer belong to the company, <br />

&nbsp;4. type username &amp;&nbsp;password

How can I change the below message wording 
in my Windows 2003 Active Directory when 
doing a Windows 8.1 client login ?

 1. hits CTL + ALT + DEL
 2. informational 
      "This computer belong to the company, 
      do not use for personal use" 
      message appears
 3. click OK
 4. type username & password
