I am developing a website on google sites.I want to develop a database which saves to a external spreadsheet.I then want to enable the users to update,download,Add a new user to this spreadsheet.Also enable the option for users to &nbsp;select headings(Emails, Mobile, Address) of the spreadsheet.<br />

What would be the simplest way to do this?<br />
