Error message bX-w7tr63 when attempting to sign into blogger.com

Hello and Good Morning Everyone

I was able to successfully sign up for blogger at blogger.com.  With respect to a blog I started last night, I am unable to sign into it because of the following error message: bX-w7tr63.  Also, I get a message within a separate window indicating there are no post despite the fact that I do indeed have one with a title. To be perfectly honest, I am very new at setting up and designing blogs.  Naturally, I am not sure what direction to take with respect to resolving this error message.

Any assistance which can get me on the right track here will be deeply appreciated.  In the meantime, I look forward to hearing back from everyone,

            Thank you

            George

Hello

Sorry for omitting it.  Yes, I am using IE 11.

            Thanks

            George
The article talks about, "Don't use Internet Explorer V11."

Hello

Yes, I caught that too.  As an add on or extension to my question here, what are your thoughts about using Google AdSense?  The reason I ask is because of recently read material indicating that ads can be placed onto each blog to generate supplemental income.  Is that true?

            Thanks

            George

Hello and Good Morning

Thank  you so much for your followup.  My first blog will be discussing ancient views on happiness and comparing it to modern thought.  With respect to the content surrounding this title, do you think that AdSense will still be able to generate ads surrounding this topic?  Secondly, what would the steps be to change the title of an article and blog?  Finally, if an entire blog would need to be deleted or removed, are the steps fairly straightforward for accomplishing that?

In closing, thank you so very much for continuing to help me by addressing this and familiar followup questions about blogging.  I am basically trying to learn as I go sort of speak.  Naturally, I am trying to gain as much as possible from this experience.

I agree totally with your analysis.  With respect to generating traffic, do you have any suggestions which might prove helpful with that concern?

           Thank you

Hello and Good Morning

Thank you so much for answering my question in addition to taking the time out to address my follow up questions.
The error message bX-w7tr63 when attempting to sign into blogger.com was caused by IE 11 being incompatible with blogger.  While going into the Tools and Options area of IE 11 to turn off Compatibility View did resolve the error message, I did get a follow up warning that IE is incompatible and future use of this browser could result in result in unexpected and dysfunctional behavior.  As a complete workaround and solution to this issue, I downloaded and installed Google Chrome.  Everything is now working just fine as I start to get into the world of blogging as I use Google Chrome as my default browser.

Once again, thank you so much for your shared input.  I certainly did learn a great deal from reading your comments : - )
