Replace Dreamweaver with what?

Hello,

I am looking for a replacement for Dreamweaver - a web development program with wysiwyg editor that either
- can edit dtw templates and lib libraries
or
- offers a similar functionality with templates and libraries, meaning that things like footer, header or navigation can be updated in one file and applied to the rest of the pages.

Thanks!

Please re-read the question. Does it handle dtw templates and lib files?
I am looking for that answer and I just found the solution myself:
Microsoft Expressionweb 4.0 does.

Michael, thanks for posting.
But this article does not answer my very specific question.

Thanks

The solution was listed in my first post.
Microsoft Expression web 4.0 is #6 in the list that I first posted :

When you google #6 you get:
"Microsoft Expression web 4.0"

Please give me a little time to reply, so that I can post replies and also supply the direct link to help solve your question soon after I had read your comments.

Michael, this is not about just sending links. It is about answering a specific question.
- handle dtw templates and lib files
can be answered with a yes or a no.
I have been browsing the web prior to posting the question.
Since this site is called Experts Exchange, I also expect a decent answer.
That's what points are assigned for.
I actually downloaded Expression Web and tried it regarding dtw files.
Now if someone asks that question I can answer that from my own experience and maybe add some comments.
Hope you understand.

Experts Exchange questions are answered by volunteers.
We are not paid, and our only satisfaction is to be awarded points to increase our credibility and say wow, I solved or found the solution to the question and helped  someone...
Many Experts Exchange questions are solved by researching the issue helped by personal experience.
If you wish to discredit my effort and help then, that is your decision.
May I suggest to you, that (I/we) volunteers may tend to give up trying to help you, when our efforts are not appreciated or rejected as you have stated that my comment is not "a decent answer".

Regards,

Michael
