improper syntax near UNION

I am getting improper syntax near 'UNION'
- I dont see it
SELECT 'TIE IN' as [Type], Inclination,VerticalDepth,CreatedOn, 'ACCEPTED' as [Status] 
FROM SS_TieIn 
WHERE JobID = 10299;
UNION ALL
Select 'SURVEY' as [Type],Inclination,SurveyDepth as 'Bit Depth',SurveyDateTime,'ACCEPTED' as [Status] 
FROM SS_Surveys 
WHERE JobID = 10299 and SurveyStatus = 1;
