Does a Blu Ray Player that is just WiFi ready actually have the ability for an adapter to be installed on them? Can you purchase adapters for these players like a 802.11ac adapter. Will these Blu Ray Players have browser installed on them or can you stream Hulu Plus, Netflix and YouTube video on them?

Seem like both of these players are 802.11n and I want to be able to purchase a new router because I have a larger home. So, I thought that if I purchased one that was only WiFi ready it would make it more future proof.
I had already looked at both of these Blu-Ray Players. I was asking my question on here because I thought maybe an expert on here knew more than I did about the subject.

No, all present technologies will become obsolete in the future.
Is the Samsung BD-H6500 a dual band (5 GHz and 2.4 GHz) Wi-Fi blu-ray player?
I found the Samsung BD-H6500 on sale at Best Buy. It was not 802.11ac but it was dual band so it worked out fine.
