I have attached ss<br />

In tab Attrition Analysis, i am saying 2015-2014 = Growth or Attrition<br />
<br />
The problem here is that the two tables in Attrtion Data table may not perfectly align eg KLM is on line 10 in 2014 &amp;&nbsp;line 9 in 2015. Therefore a straight='Attrition Data table'!J10 -'Attrition Data table'!C10 doesnt work.<br />
<br />
I need to match by client name and then subtract 2015 from 2014<br />
<br />
So a match solution may work?<br />
