ActiveSync information

I need to run some shell commands to list all active sync policies that have been established, and there security settings.

And all users with mailboxes who are subject to which active sync policy

And all users and their active sync status, as I know you can enable/disable active sync on any mailbox you chose.

We are running exchange 2010.  I would like all querires to be returned to csv in a delimeted format so i can see all the text.
