VPN Tracker - pass IP to VMWare Fusion on Mac

My situation:

Mac Yosemite 10.10 using VPN Tracker 8 connecting to Sonicwall NSA 240 over WiFi.

The VPN Tracker connection is successful and is receiving a work IP 10.10.x.x and able to ping network IP's within VPN Tracker.  The Mac's IP is 192.168.x.x (WiFi IP).

Now I would like to pass the 10.10.x.x IP to the Win7 client in VMWare Fusion 7 Pro.

I've tried both bridged and NAT within VMWare's settings but the Win7 client is still receiving 192.168.x.x.

Any ideas?

So, Windows 7 is a VM hosted in Fusion.

We have had many issues, using VPN software in Virtual Machines, and VPNs, we believe it's the VMware virtual network interfaces, that do not work with VPN traffic.

That is too bad.

I'm working around this by using a VPN client within the Win7 VM.
