html/css question

I have done a dropdown menu, but when i click i see border dotted on the whole selection as you will see in the screenshot, please open it.

I don't know how to fix it

Please post the link to your website or sample page with css. There is no way to find out why with only a screenshot.

First
remove the first
<script src="https://maxcdn.bootstrapcdn.com/bootstrap/3.3.4/js/bootstrap.min.js"></script>
of your code
Jquery need to be the first js link
and you should no put 2 exact link for Bootstrap

To fix the dotted
btn::-moz-focus-inner {
  border: 0;
}

or something like this:
:focus, :active {
    outline: 0;
    border: 0;
}
