How do I convert a bit map contained in a PPT into a file

I have a bitmap image I got from a snipping too, and placed the image into a PPT chartl.  I want to convert this to an image file, so that I can upload the file to be contained within a post to Experts Exchange to be used as an image.

How can I do this?

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Select the chart and object and copy.

Then use CTRL+ALT+V to paste special and choose PNG.

Right-click the PNG and choose Save as Image.

Or... just right-click the object and "Save as Picture..."! ;)))
If it's truly a chart and a separate object, though, you can't just right-click and Save as Picture.

Oh, wait. Yes you can. It's just way lower on the right-click menu. I know I tested that before I posted, but it looks like I blew it! Nuts. Thanks for the correction, Miguel.

Anthony said he'd placed a picture into a chart... thus, it was a complement to your answer Echo, not a correction... ;)))
Oh, no worries. I wasn't 100% sure about the object's relation to the chart and how it was placed in it. So I'll just say I was erring in favor of the most widely available option. lol :-)
