Scan Documents as Adobe PDFs with High Contrast

Using a commercial service that scans documents to Adobe PDFs.

Want documents to be black background, white text (example - http://globalaccessibilitynews.com/files/2013/03/Text-View.png)

When running Adobes scanning software, what setting do I need to ask the vendor to enable to make this occur?  So that scanned black and white documents are rendered as white on black after scanning.

Vendor doesn't know how to do this.  So, I need to tell them where in the Adobe PDF scanning software this feature is found.  If it exists.

Here are the steps in Acrobat XI Pro (it's probably the same, or similar, in earlier Pro versions, and Standard, too):

File
Create
PDF from Scanner
Custom Scan
Options

They'll get this dialog:

User generated image
Tick the Invert Black and White Images box.

They'll probably want to put this in a preset configuration, which is done via:

File
Create
PDF from Scanner
Configure Presets

This will give the same dialog as above. Regards, Joe
Dangit Joe!!! You type faster than me hahahaha (deletes own post)
