I don't see any problem in using the license from your other server as long you remove it.<br />

You won't be in violation of the agreement in you have it installed only in one machine that fit your license rights.

How difficult is to convert Exchange 2013 eval to retail. I already have an exchange 2013 server running that is not configured properly. I need to setup new VM with Exchange 2013 installation and migrate 2007 server and move databases from another exch 2013. I would like to apply the license of old Exchange 2013 to new server and decommission the old one.
