enable promiscuous mode

Is it possible to enable promiscuous  mode , On windows 7 operating system ?

yes it will depend on the network interface and if supported in hardware of network interface and its driver especially if its A. WiFi interface.

Basically, I can only run if I run wireshark on the card. I would welcome suggestions without using whireshark

Usually there will be an driver option, in the drivers section, to enable or disable promiscuous  mode.

Be aware if this is a WiFi card,not all WiFi cards have the ability to enable promiscuous mode.
