HP ML350 G5 red light at outside front (internal warning)

HP ML350 G5 turns on but nothing on screen (tried another). Both PSUs fine, 4 internal fans ok (2 redundant), removed all 2GB memory modules then insert only one (tried different one also). Amber light next to processor so thinking that is issue. 2nd processor bay not populated. Flipped switch 6 motherboard) to on and tried again.
Any suggestions? Replacement processor on order

Thank you Seth. Backup is on this server (internal) tape drive and have spare similar models. Can I move array card and disks and have server operational (in theory)? Understand a backup is not a backup unless tested - just thinking of worst case scenario of backup tape.

Installed new processor but amber light still on (next to processor on motherboard) with red light on front of pedestal server.  Tried moving new processor to 2nd processor slot (unused) but amber light shows next to 2nd processor.
There are 3 different mobos so need to know which CPU you have and whether PATA or SATA cd-rom.  PPM1 LED is pretty near CPU1 too, in the very corner of the board. Is that amber too?

Received delivery of identical machine and moved all into that (except processors).  Now booting up - it was motherboard as we tried 2 new processors in old server and amber light was on next to processor (moved processor from bay 1 to bay 2 and amber light appeared next to bay 2 processor. Thank you all. Lesson in future is to order motherboard and processors.
It's not valid to move the CPU to processor 2 socket since there isn't a power regulator in the PPM2 slot on a single processor machine. CPUs rarely fail, PPMs fail but you can't change PPM1 as it's on the mobo.
