Outlook was working great ! All the my friend used to receive his email from Blue HOst directly in his Oultook an for many months he had no problem. No wit stopped working. I check the settings with Blue Host and they are good, password and username are good because I was able to log in directly into the web base email. can someone help me to troubleshoot this issue please ?
he is running Office 2007 , on a Windows 7 machine 32 bit.
this is the error that I am receiving : Task 'email@example.com - Sending' reported error (0x80042109) : 'Outlook cannot connect to your outgoing (SMTP) e-mail server. If you continue to receive this message, contact your server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP).'
