Excel 2010: Reminder Notification

Hello Experts -

Does any have or know of a macro that will launch a notification message upon opening up a workbook? Once the reminder is read, then I could simply close it.

For example, when I open my workbook, I'd like to remind me of any new process changes discussed so that I do not forget when working in the spreadsheet.

Thanks in advance for your help!

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.
