We have a SharePoint 2013 Standard Server, the database resides on a SQL server.<br />

When I go into IIS and create a re-direct so that <a href="http://mysharepointserver" rel="ugc">http://mysharepointserver</a>&nbsp;redirects to https://portal.domain.com/sites/whatever&nbsp;when I logon as a Full Control Administrator the edit link and the Settings selections do not work. &nbsp;They do nothing.<br />
