What is the SQL Server part of your question?

Do you run MS Access under the same user account as Windows Explorer?

Do you mean Windows Server 2008 (R2 or not?)? Or do you mean Windows 8?

I am sorry,

I have 2008 R2

I run MS Access under the same sign On (account)

This is only for MS Access, I do not see any mapped drives the only drives I see: C and D
I just looked at Word, Excel and all mapped drives are there.
hmm, weird. Remove the mapped drives and remap them..
No I just mapped a drive and still no show on MS Access
How do you try to access the mapped drives in Access?
I have Windows 8.1

I can see the mapped drives in
windows explorer
Word
Excel

But

In Access when I try: Open Window does not show the mapped drives.

I also checked "Process Explorer" and found that Integrity is "high"

Please help and thanks
In Access when I try: Open Window
Can you post a screen shot? I can't imagine what you're trying here..
How do you try to access the mapped drives in Access?

Answer:

I have not yet and am trying to fix the problem.
Notice that there are no mapped drives in the snapshot
SnapShotOfAccessOpen.docx
I see.

You're sure about the same account? Maybe it's UAC.
