I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

you can use google suggest (when you type a keyword it automatically shows) and also at the bottom of the search result page. Also you can use for keyword comparison research (what keyword is more popular). See the screenshot keyword comparison using google trends

I haven't tried it, but it seems to me that if you select Questions
And choose Title and Body  (or just one of them)
And the enter the correct keyword(s)
And enter your Member name

You should get the results you want.
Advanced SearchKeywords are your search-terms here and should not be confused with TAGS.
TAGS are keywords of a sort (Like your "Miscellaneous" tag in this question).
