Determine unique sessioncount

Hi Experts,

Please could you help, trying to identify a unique session from the supplied data.

in given extract, there are users and devices, to determine a unique session rules are:
Could you help with VBA or formula to determine unique count.

1:  1 user + 1 device = 1 sessioncount
2: Multiple user + 1 device = 1 sessioncount
3: 1 user + multiple device = 1 sessioncount

I'm assuming this is what you are looking for..

This will first check if the pc count is unique and if the pc count is unique then i will check for user name and if it's unique then will give session count as 1..

thanks, would the data have to be sorted before SUMPRODUCT is used, as all together I have around 50000 rows which is not sorted.
